  • Retrieve all system documentation and source program files/ passwords
  • Complete report for upcoming service provider
  • Report “Inclusions” to the real estate agent (pre-inspection) These items must remain with the house.
  • Report non-working systems ad next steps
  • Detailed and thorough report that outlines any issues found, including recommendations for repair or replacement

Commercial Inspections

Our commercial inspection process involves a thorough assessment of the building’s smart systems, including but not limited to lighting, security, and energy management systems.

  • Analysis of audio & visual systems & theater systems
  • Analysis of lighting and shading system
  • Analysis of all other subsystems (Pool integration, HVAC integration, Surveillance systems reset) 
  • Identify original system provider
  • Retrieve all system documentation and source program files/ passwords
  • Complete report for upcoming service provider
  • Report “Inclusions”
  • Documentation and tutorial of existing system
  • Review the building’s documentations and control system programming
  • Provide a comprehensive report detailing any issues, recommended repairs or upgrades, and maintenance suggestions
