If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Foresight provides smart home technology inspection, documentation, and certification services, delivered through report categories including Smart Home, Healthy Home, and Care Enabled Home reports (each, a "Report"), along with related scoring and certification tools such as the Circadian Home Score™, the Circadian Home Framework™, and Foresight Certified™.

Our Reports are informational in nature and reflect conditions observed at the time of inspection. They are not a substitute for any inspection, certification, permit, or professional opinion required by law, a lender, an insurer, or a local jurisdiction, and they do not constitute engineering, electrical, structural, legal, financial, or insurance advice. You should consult a licensed professional for any decision that depends on those disciplines.

3. Payments & Purchases

Fees for Reports, subscriptions, and partner programs are as listed on the Site at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full payment card information. By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge. Cancellation and refund terms, where available, will be presented to you at checkout or provided in writing prior to service delivery. Absent a specific written exception, fees for Reports that are already in progress or have been delivered are non-refundable.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reports and Site content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, that any system, component, or condition described in a Report will continue to perform as observed, or that a Report identifies every defect, risk, or issue present at a property. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foresight and its affiliates (including Global Wave Integration, Waverly AI, and FutureCare Solutions Group) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any Report. Our total liability for any claim related to a Report or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Report or service.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Foresight, Global Wave Integration, and their officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and report formats, is owned by or licensed to Foresight and protected by copyright and trademark law. Circadian Home Score™, Circadian Home Framework™, Foresight Certified™, Robot Ready™, and Wave of Wellness™ are trademarks of Foresight Inspection Group and its affiliates. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content or Reports without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial reference to a Report you purchased.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms, quizzes, or applications
• Attempt to access another user's Report, account, or payment information
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

9. Third-Party Links & Our Ecosystem

The Site may link to or reference our affiliated companies, including Global Wave Integration, Waverly AI, and FutureCare Solutions Group, as well as third-party partners, integrators, and agents.
